Cross-border vocational orientation and development of intercultural competences were the motto of the meeting of students from the Angermünde (Germany) with the Polish students from Międzyrzecz and Gorzow Wielkopolski in Poland. They got to know the economic area around these cities and took part together with the Polish youth in a total of three professional surveys in companies namely MESTIL z oo, S-MODA, PHOENIX CONTACT Wielkopolska. In the process, they got to know selected occupations in the companies, and they were able to explore their workplaces and question the representatives of these professions about their daily work and required qualifications. The impressions were reflected together after each professional exploration. The program also included visits to Polish schools participating in the IMPULS project. The students were also able to get to know the school and extracurricular offers. Workshops on intercultural skills and attractive leisure activities for the young people rounded off the program.

Lecturers from the IMPULS project, as well as the pupils and teachers of the Ehm Welk Oberschule in Angermünde participated in the three-day meetings in Poland. The hosts were Polish schools in Międzyrzecz (Zespół Szkół Ekonomicznych) and in Gorzów Wielkopolski (Zespół Szkół Ekonomicznych). The mobility program was accompanied by lecturers from the Wojewódzki Ośrodek Metodyczny, Lubuskie Kuratorium Oświaty (both: Gorzów Wielkopolski) and the Institut für Ökonomische Bildung (project coordinator).
