In Oldenburg the last project meeting takes place: What goals have been achieved? Which approaches will be implemented by the schools after the end of the project? The project consortium will reflect on the three-year project and finalize the final project tasks. The first dissemination conference will take place in Oldenburg, three anonther follow: in Angermünde (D), in Holten (NL) and in Gorzów Wielkopolski (PL).
